Action Alert NetworkThe Action Alert Network is a national online advocacy campaign seeking to educate and mobilize concerned citizens on key nuclear issues and to encourage their communication on these issues with their elected representatives and other appropriate officials. The campaign focuses on policy recommendations and advocacy opportunities for citizens. The campaign promotes implementation of US nuclear policies that will lead to halting proliferation; stopping new nuclear weapons development and production; addressing health effects and environmental cleanup; and seeking to achieve complete global nuclear disarmament. Legislative and policy alerts are sent to our ever-growing list of online activists. We will also be working collaboratively with community grassroots organizations across the country and with DC-based organizations to leverage the strength of the campaign.
