Sadako Peace Day Message

I wish for a world of peace with no nuclear weapons, no war, no killing, no grief, no Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or brain injuries, no lost limbs. I want our young people home safe and alive with their families. I believe we are entering a new phase in world politics in which global diplomacy is needed. I hope that the next President ushers in a new way of thinking, approaching, and interacting with the world- a tone of peace and hope for all. Perhaps then nuclear weapons will be archaic and we can concentrate on solving the global problems facing us as human beings on this fragile planet.
